He brings expertise in secondary marketing analysis and lock desk operations, honed through previous roles at Residential Wholesale Mortgage, Inc. and MCT, where he developed strong analytical and operational skills.

Kent holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and a Minor in Business Administration from the University of Arizona (2009–2013). He leverages his analytical expertise and commitment to understanding customer needs to deliver exceptional service and personalized insurance solutions, ensuring clients receive the best coverage for their unique situations.

Kent is based in San Diego, California, where he continues to grow his career in the insurance and financial sectors. In his free time Kent enjoys playing tennis where he regularly competes in local leagues and tournaments.

Siena plays a vital role in supporting our team by collecting and inputting essential client information, assessing coverage needs across multiple carriers, and preparing comprehensive files for our sales team.

Siena graduated from Cal State Fullerton’s BFA Acting program cum laude. Before transitioning to the insurance industry, Siena worked in the documentary film industry, where she managed client services for filmmakers, honing her skills in relationship-building and project management. Her diverse background enables her to bring a unique perspective and creative problem-solving approach to her work.

In her free time, Siena is a passionate playwright, using her creativity to craft captivating stories for the stage. She is also a certified yoga teacher, an avid hiker who loves discovering new trails, and an active participant in her local arts community.

Whether resolving a complex issue or finding ways to simplify processes, Karen’s mission is always the same: to ensure every customer feels valued, supported, and heard.

Karen’s background includes roles as a Claims Adjuster at Progressive and a Subrogation Adjuster at GEICO, where she gained experience in claims resolution, risk management, and building strong customer relationships. These skills shaped her into a thoughtful and effective problem solver who understands the importance of putting clients first.

Outside work, Karen channels her creativity through writing, blogging, and sharing stories at open mic nights. She also enjoys beach days and staying active, bringing her passion for self-expression and personal growth into every aspect of her life.
